Tess Frelick

Girls Junior Varsity Basketball
Tess began coaching New Covenants JV Women’s Basketball and Women’s Varsity Soccer in 2015.
A native of New Hope, Pennsylvania, Hope attended Lynchburg College where she played on the Lynchburg College Women’s Soccer Team. While playing for Lynchburg College, her team won the 2012 & 2014 ODAC Championships and were 2014 National Champions. She was named to the 2014 2nd Team All-ODAC, First Team All State and NCAA All Tournament Team and led all of D3 women’s soccer in goals against average. She was also 2015 2nd Team All ODAC, 2nd Team All South Atlantic Region, First Team All State, ODAC All Tournament Team and finished top 10 in goals against average in the nation.
Tess loves the outdoors, animals and sports. Her favorite teams are the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, Sixers and Union.
